Withdrawal/cancellation of the seminar
1. Withdrawal from a training or further education course must be made in writing (e-mail).
2. If the participant or their sending agency cancels their participation up to 4 days before the course, no cancellation fee will be charged. If the participant cancels within 4 days up to and including the day of the course, 100% of the course fee will be due. The reason for non-participation is not relevant here.
3. If the participant does not show up on the day of the course, 100% of the course fee will be due. The reason for non-attendance is not relevant. If the course fee has not yet been paid, it will be invoiced.

The amount of 60€ can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

If your employees attend one of our courses, the costs can be directly covered by the professional associations or accident insurance funds.

However, this is only possible if the required documents are completely filled out and brought along in the original on the day of the course.

We are contractual partners with all professional associations and settle accounts with them independently.
